My friend Hanna brings the newest installment of dating disasters to you this month. She is successful woman who lives in LA. Like most single people these days she is on tinder to try and meet new people. They spent some time texting each other and finally decided to meet in person. She is a huge sports fan and wanted to watch her beloved Giants play. They met at a sports bar to watch the game for their first date. Everything was going really well, they were really getting along. Halfway through the date he asks if she wanted to go meet up with his roommate and his girlfriend. She was annoyed and thought it was a little odd but decided to go with it. They end up at his apartment and she meets his friends. All of a sudden he and his roommate disappear upstairs and she is left with their girlfriend. They boys left them downstairs for a good 20 minutes. Her date and his roommate finally come back downstairs and suggest going to another bar. The four of them leave and go to a bar and start playing a round of pool. Once they got to the second bar things seemed to be looking up. He even went in for the kiss and, to her surprise, he was a really good kisser. But that is where the good times ended. His other friend showed up and kept trying to get her date to go outside to talk to him during the middle of their pool game. He eventually goes outside and she is left in there all alone. So again she is left with this girl. After more than 30 minutes goes by she is about to go check on him when his roommate comes back in. His roommate had no idea when he would be back. After finding out this information Hanna left the bar and went home to try and forget about this awful date. When she got home he finally texted her asking what happened to her and why she left. She then told him that they were on a date and he left her without saying anything and she was over it. Have you ever been on a date and been put in a weird situation like that? How did you handle it?
